How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time to not incur a penalty. Cancellations 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time will incur a $15.00 cancellation fees.
Can the same cleaning professional be assigned for each clean?
If you and a specific member of our team just click, we will work to assign your preferred FLC Pros Team Member, but this isn't always a guarantee because our staff schedules varies from day to day.
When will The Fresh Linen Mobile Application be available for download?
We are working to launch flc.v.1.0 by end of year.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do you provide window washing services?
We do wash windows for homes and ground level retail stores.
Does your team wear masks?
