Post Construction Clean

Service Description

Our FLC Crew will remove all left over debris, sweep, vacuum, wipe, wash all walls, floors, and surfaces impacted by your the construction work. We clean all interior windows, window sills, lighting and hard surfaces as dust gets everywhere. If you'd like us to dust and clean inside cabinets and cupboards, let us know and we will cover it all. If you would like us to do a few other housekeeping tasks while we are at your home or office, please let your account manager know and we can complete those additional services while we're onsite. Otherwise, you can sign up for one of our recurring cleaning plan.

Cancelation Policy

We know your time is important and I hope you can appreciate ours is to. To that end, we would like to ensure we you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the scheduled appointment date date will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 2 days will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund. All booking fees goes toward the cost of cleaning services.
