If you are an owner, property manager and you’re thinking about renting out your home, your investment property or a property you manage, having a cleaning service provider who not only cleans but prepares the space for your guest. The Fresh Linen Club’s short-term rental visitors’ program is not only about providing a clean space, but more importantly ensuring that your next home guests feel welcomed, settled, and ready to make lifelong memories.

Cancelation Policy

We know your time is important and I hope you can appreciate ours is to. To that end, we would like to ensure we you understand our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the scheduled appointment date date will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 2 days will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund. All booking fees goes toward the cost of cleaning services.
